This is a tool that helps you achieve a look similar to the popular down perm in Korea, which tames unruly sideburns and neck hair! (Includes ¥700 shipping due to its size!) There are a few ways to use it: The first method involves purchasing down perm solution online, applying it yourself, combing your hair, and then using this tool to hold it in place for about 10 minutes. While the effectiveness for the nape of the neck might vary depending on hair length, the sideburns should fit most people well. Another way to use it is for morning styling. Lightly spray your sideburns with setting spray, put this on, and while you do other preparations for a few minutes, it will help control hair that sticks out. Some people also find it beneficial to warm the tool slightly with a hairdryer before attaching it to your head. You can find videos on YouTube of people actually using this tool, so it might be helpful to search for them. I've seen comments from people doing self-down perms on their nape hair saying this tool was better than using perm paper and a few bobby pins to secure it. However, because my nape hair is very long, this tool doesn't reach all the way down, which is why I'm selling it. ^^; This is a down perm tool made of ABS, which is highly heat-resistant and elastic, meaning the material can withstand heat and bending. It will be shipped in a box, and since shipping costs ¥750, I can't offer it at a very low price. However, I believe it will be very helpful for those who struggle with sticking-out sideburns in the morning, saving you styling time! Thank you for your consideration!
