Immediate purchase OK Size: 13×10cm This is a sturdy acrylic case made in Japan. It has a spacious lower level and a second floor with 12 small compartments. When you only have the queen ant, you can use just the lower level, and once workers are born, it's a good idea to add the second floor. This is a handmade Ant Farm. Made with plaster for easy breeding. Ant season is here! Spend time observing ants at home with your children! Give your child the experience of keeping a living creature! Space-saving and easy to care for! Perfect for a first pet. ◆Easy to observe ◆Cute enough to place in the living room ◆Space-saving These were the themes for its creation. Also suitable for keeping on a desk in a study or at a student's desk. Very relaxing. Last May, I purchased three queen black garden ants (plus three worker ants & larvae/eggs) and raised them in a similar acrylic case with plaster. They successfully overwintered and now number around 30. I have been keeping ants for over a year and find them easy to observe with no particular issues. However, please use this as an original ant farm at your own risk. Ants take care of their Brothers below, organize their rooms, and live cooperatively as a family. I believe children can learn many things, including the importance of life. Every year, after catching queen ants, some people request urgent shipping, so please prepare early. *This is a handmade item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
