This is the Natsume-gata Arare 0.75L cast iron kettle from OIGEN (及源鋳造). I am selling this one because I have another similar kettle and this one is surplus. To prevent rust and make boiled water taste better, I used hard water (Evian) and carefully repeated the initial process of seasoning the interior (steps 1-3) – boil, cool, dry – three times to complete the internal protective layer. Since all the tedious initial work is done, you can enjoy smooth and delicious boiled water immediately after receiving it, with just a light rinse of the interior with water. Manufacturer: OIGEN (及源鋳造 / MADE IN JAPAN) Product Name: Cast Iron Kettle Natsume-gata Arare 0.75L (Product Number: H-143-S / Retail Price: ￥16,500) Specifications: Unenameled interior (no enamel coating / handle can be laid flat) Condition: Beautiful condition. There is no rust inside, and it has a nice patina. There are only slight burn marks on the bottom. (Please check the photos for condition.) Care: As this is a professional-grade item, absolutely do not use detergents or scouring pads. Accessories: Instruction manual This kettle is in excellent, ready-to-use condition, having been carefully seasoned with time and effort. Thank you for your consideration.
